About these terms

This website is operated by Spearhead Solutions LLC, doing business as ReForge. In these terms, “ReForge,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Spearhead Solutions LLC. These terms apply to wearereforge.com and direct purchases of ReForge dietary supplements, hydration products, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise offered through the website.

Please read these terms before using the website or placing an order. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information relevant to your use of the website and any purchase. For questions, email wearereforge@gmail.com.

Before launch and when ordering is available

Before the store launches, or whenever ordering for a product is unavailable, product previews and announcements are informational only. They do not create an order or a shipping commitment. Joining a mailing list or contacting us does not reserve inventory or guarantee a price or launch date.

When ordering is available, the purchase, shipping, tax, and return terms below apply automatically to accepted orders. Availability and any product-specific conditions are disclosed on the product page or before payment. A product is not a preorder unless explicitly identified as such before purchase.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials associated with your purchases.

Product information and responsible use

We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging artwork and photographs may differ in appearance because of lighting, screen settings, or packaging updates. We will not use those differences to substitute a materially different formula or quantity without your agreement.

For supplements and other consumable products, read the complete label, directions, ingredients, allergen information, and warnings before use. Website information is general educational information, not individualized medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience a concerning reaction.

Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary, and we do not promise a particular health, fitness, or performance outcome.

For apparel, accessories, and other merchandise, review the product description, size guide, materials, care instructions, intended use, and applicable warnings before purchasing or using the item. Normal differences in screen display do not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions or defective products.

Orders, prices, and payment

You are responsible for the product price, shipping charges, and applicable transaction taxes disclosed before you submit payment. These may include applicable state and local sales or use taxes and any federal transaction tax legally applicable to the purchase. This does not mean that every purchase is subject to every type of tax. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices exclude separately calculated shipping and taxes.

ReForge remains responsible for its own business taxes and for tax registration, collection, reporting, and remittance required of the seller. These terms do not transfer those obligations to you. Any use tax that the law requires you to self-report remains your responsibility.

Shipping is customer-paid unless a specific offer expressly provides otherwise. Promotions, including shipping discounts, apply only under their stated terms. If international delivery is offered, any customer responsibility for import duties, import taxes, or clearance charges will be disclosed before purchase.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order, not that it has shipped. We will not add undisclosed charges after purchase without your agreement.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason such as unavailable inventory, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will notify you and refund the canceled items and any associated charges that must be refunded. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after processing or shipment has begun. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping availability, charges, and timing are addressed in our Shipping Policy and the information provided before payment. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including the 30-day request window, category-specific conditions for supplements and apparel, and separate remedies for damaged, incorrect, or defective orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable website use

Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, distributing malicious code, or interfering with its operation. Do not submit information that violates another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements, without removing obligations we already owe for an existing order.

Website content and intellectual property

ReForge branding, website text, artwork, photographs, and other content are owned by Spearhead Solutions LLC or used with permission, unless otherwise identified. You may view the website and retain information for personal shopping and reference. Commercial reproduction or use of our branding requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

ReForge™ is used as a trademark to identify our brand. Display of the name or the ™ symbol does not assert federal trademark registration or registration for every category of merchandise.

Third-party names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement beyond any relationship expressly described.

Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, delivery, and other services may be provided by third parties. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Links are provided for information and do not make us responsible for content we do not control; this does not excuse our own obligations to you.

Website availability and errors

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We may correct errors and update information. Corrections will not retroactively remove rights arising from an existing purchase, and material order issues will be addressed with the affected customer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective products, misleading statements, or remedies required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and update date. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce rights associated with an order already placed. If notice or additional agreement is required by law, we will provide it.
