ReForge Hydration Citrus Strike is a natural lemon-lime electrolyte drink mix. Each box contains 20 single-serve sticks, with 10 g of powder in each stick.
Making a bottle should be straightforward. Start with the directions and warnings on your carton, then use the guide below to understand the three water amounts shown on our site.
Mix one stick with water
- Choose a clean bottle or glass with enough room for your water and mixing.
- Add your chosen amount of water.
- Tear open one stick and pour in the powder.
- Shake or stir until fully dissolved.
Our mixing guide uses one stick per serving. The water volume changes how concentrated that serving is; it does not change the amount of powder in the stick.
Choose your dilution
- 16 fl oz: The most concentrated of these three options.
- 24 fl oz: A more diluted mix than 16 fl oz.
- 32 fl oz: The most diluted of these three options.
Taste is individual. These options are a way to adjust concentration, not a promise that everyone will prefer the same bottle.
More water does not mean fewer electrolytes
A full stick contains 900 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium whether you mix it into 16, 24 or 32 fl oz. If you drink the entire mixed serving, you consume the contents of that stick.
The same applies to the 2 g total sugar and 8 mcg vitamin B12 in each stick. Adding water dilutes the drink; it does not remove those ingredients.
Read the whole label
This page explains mixing, not a personalized intake plan. Read the Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list, directions and warnings on your carton before use, and do not treat a larger bottle as a reason to use extra sticks.
